Standard Return Policy

100% satisfaction guaranteed. We stand behind everything that we sell. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, simply return the item within 30 days and we'll exchange it or refund your purchase. 

• Items must be returned within 30 Days from the time of purchase

• Items must be in its original packaging

• Items must be in new condition, undamaged, without altering 

• Items must be packaged how it was originally delivered to you

• Must Provide a Sales Receipt

Restocking Fee

20% restocking fees may be applied on any purchase at the discretion of SELA Bicycle Center if the conditions in the above policy are not met. Restocking fees may be applied to an in-store credit or deducted from the funds returned to your original payment method.  

Warranty

All NEW Bicycles are warranted to be free from manufacturing defects for one year after the date of purchase. If you suspect there is something wrong with your purchase, please Contact Us immediately. 

Please note that this Warranty does not cover USED Bikes, wear and tear or neglect of components. Warranty ONLY applies to Original Purchase Owner. Proof of purchase is required for valid Warranty.

Warranty Does Not Cover:
Any damage from normal wear and tear, abuse, neglect, improper repair, improper maintenance, custom alterations, modifications, accidents, improper use or failure to follow instructions.
